Dave is an accomplished hospitality developer and operator with extensive experience in lodging development, construction oversight, operations, fundraising, marketing, and event programming. He is currently the Founder and Principal at Hotel Lucine, a 61-room boutique hotel resort in Galveston, TX that has quickly become a core cultural hub in the region.

Dave has significant experience in hospitality finance and development, notably leading the development and opening of the Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino on behalf of two prominent Las Vegas investors. He previously served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Global Gaming Asset Management, a joint venture between Cantor Fitzgerald and the former Las Vegas Sands senior management team.

Dave spends his time in 2024 supporting other owners lodging visions and is an active musician. He currently resides in Galveston, Texas with his wife and four children.
